How can I attend the forum? |

The Seoul Digital Forum is an invitation-only event. To receive an invitation, you must register online by visiting the forum website at www.seouldigitalforum.org.
Click on the Forum Register link located on the top menu bar of the main homepage. Fill in the boxes marked *. (The Invitation Code Number is reserved for those who have already received an official invitation.) Once the registration form has been completed, applicants will be informed about seat availability by email.
If you are an invited guest and have plans to attend the conference, go to the forum website at www.seouldigitalforum.org to register. Fill in the boxes marked * and enter the given invitation code printed in the official invitation. (Note: ALL INVITED GUESTS MUST REGISTER ONLINE - Participants who show up at the conference venue but have not registered online will NOT be permitted access).
Upon your arrival at the conference venue, go to the registration desk to receive your pass. Please remember to bring your ID card or passport for identity verification. |

What if I can¡¯t attend the forum after my registration? |
|

Contact the secretariat and notify your wish to cancel the registration at least 2 days before the conference. Due to the limited availability of seats, a pre-notification of cancellation would provide other applicants the opportunity to attend the event.
In case the registrant fails to notify the Secretariat regarding their wish to cancel, will result in a penalty of not being invited to the Seoul Digital Forum in the following year. |

Is there a fee to participate at the Seoul Digital Forum? |

The Seoul Digital Forum is a non-profit event. Hence, there is no participation fee. |

Is the Seoul Digital Forum available on TV or Internet? |

Webcasts of all the Seoul Digital Forum sessions can be viewed on the main homepage.
However, access is only possible to those who have registered online as a Seoul Digital Forum member. To become a member, click on ¡®Membership¡¯ at the top menu bar of the main homepage.
On the day of the event, the forum highlights will be broadcasted live through SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System) channel. |

Participants would benefit more from the forum when they actively engage and interact in the discussions with the speakers. These opportunities will be given through Q&A and conversation breaks near the end of each session. Participants are encouraged to prepare questionnaires related to digital trends before the commencement of the conference. |
